3.2. Changes or modifications to the contract require written approval from both parties.
3.3. All contractual obligations are subject to UAE construction laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

4.2. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur penalties or project delays.
4.3. Emanco Construction reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not received as per the contract.

5. Project Timeline and Delays

5.1. Project timelines are estimated based on initial agreements and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. Delays caused by weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or client-requested changes will not be the responsibility of Emanco Construction.
5.3. If delays occur due to our fault, we will take necessary measures to complete the project promptly.

6. Quality and Compliance

6.1. Emanco Construction ensures that all work meets UAE construction standards and regulations.
6.2. Materials and equipment used will be of high quality and approved as per industry standards.
6.3. Any defects reported within the agreed-upon warranty period will be addressed accordingly.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Emanco Construction follows strict health and safety guidelines for all projects.
7.2. Clients and third parties must comply with safety regulations when accessing project sites.
7.3. The company is not liable for accidents or damages caused due to non-compliance with safety protocols by clients or third parties.

8. Termination of Services

8.1. Either party may terminate the contract under the conditions specified in the agreement.
8.2. Termination must be communicated in writing at least [X] days in advance.
8.3. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for as per the contract terms.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.2. Clients must indemnify Emanco Construction against claims, damages, or legal issues arising from their actions or non-compliance.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

11. Confidentiality

11.1. Any confidential information shared between Emanco Construction and the client shall remain private and will not be disclosed without prior consent.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Amendments
